Our Club is a diverse (gender, culture, occupation) group of business people.
Our goal is to maintain our club membership of approximately 30 individuals at all times. We wish to help each individual member meet his or her communication and leadership goals in a positive, supportive atmosphere.

President 
The President is the chief executive officer, and is responsible for fulfilling the Club's mission. The President presides at general club meetings and executive board meetings. The President also supervises the general operation of the club. This officer serves as the immediate past president and part of the club executive board the following year after his/her term ends. |
Vice President Education 
The Vice President of Education is the second ranking club officer. This officer is responsible for planning, organizing and directing a Club program which meets the educational needs of the individual members.
The Vice President Education also is responsible for the following: |
- Promoting the Toastmasters educational program to Club members
- Orienting new members to the Toastmasters program and to the Club and to make sure each new member is assigned a mentor
- Assuring all members understand the importance of excellent evaluations and know how to evaluate
- Arranging for Speechcraft, Success/Leadership, and Youth Leadership Programs to be conducted
- Encouraging members to participate in other Toastmasters activities and programs
- Administering speech contests
- Attending and participating in Executive Committee meetings
- To preside in the absence of the President
- Attending and voting at Area and District council meetings
- Voting at Regional and International business meetings
- Signing off completed manual speeches

Vice President Membership 
The Vice President Membership is the third ranking club officer. The Vice President Membership plans, organizes, and implements a continuous marketing effort that ensures the Club maintains or exceeds 20 members.
The Vice President Membership also is responsible for the following: |
- Working with groups inside and outside of Toastmasters to promote Club membership and membership retention
- Helping prepare the semiannual membership report (including membership list and dues payment) for submission to World Headquarters
- Providing for recognition of members who contribute to the increase of membership in Toastmasters International
- Maintaining an accurate membership roster and attendance records

Vice President Public Relations 
The Vice President Public Relations is the fourth ranking Club Officer. The Vice President Public Relations develops, implements, and administers a publicity program that maintains a positive image of Toastmasters International for all members, guests, and the general public.
The Vice President Public Relations also is responsible for the following: |
- Internal and external public relations for the Club
- Publicizing Club events
- Working with Club officers to develop literature about the Club
- Representing the Club to the media
- Maintaining the Club web site

Secretary 
The Secretary is the fifth-ranking Club officer and is responsible for all Club records and correspondence.
The Secretary also is responsible for the following: |
- Keeping the Club Constitution and Bylaws and all other official Club documents
- Submitting updated membership and officer records to World Headquarters
- Preparing and mailing orders for Toastmasters supplies
- Recording and reading minutes of Club and Executive Committee meetings
- Circulating TIPS, the Supply Catalog, and The Toastmaster magazine during Club meetings
- Attending and participating in Executive Committee meetings

Treasurer 
The Treasurer is the sixth-ranking Club officer. The Club Treasurer is responsible for Club financial policies, procedures, and controls.
The Treasurer also is responsible for the following: |
- Receiving and disbursing, with the approval of the Club, all Club funds
- Paying to Toastmasters International all financial obligations of the Club as they come due
- Keeping an accurate account of all transactions
- Giving financial reports to the Club and the Club Executive Board quarterly or upon request
- Transmitting the accounts and all undistributed funds to the successor in office at the end of the Club Treasurer’s term

Sergeant at Arms 
The Sergeant at Arms is the seventh-ranking Club officer. The Sergeant at Arms serves as master host and makes the proper physical arrangements for all Club meetings.
The Sergeant at Arms also is responsible for: |
- Making sure each member and guest is welcomed at Club meetings
- Arranging room and equipment for each meeting
- Arranging for food service at meal meetings
- Collecting ballots and tallying of votes
- Controlling Club property between meetings

Immediate Past President 
The Immediate Past Club President provides advice and counsel as requested by the Club
President. |
